Already forgot to take a picture! Anyway, Jason and I had a pasta dish from the Smitten Kitchen cookbook, artichoke stuffed shells with ricotta sauce. I didn't have shells, so I just made it as a casserole, which was fine. Very rich. I should have made a half batch, as the fridge is filling up AGAIN. If it is only me and Jason, I really don't need to cook so much food. We also had some asparagus and Jason made a (superfluous but tasty) loaf of bread. He is tinkering again.
