Thursday, 3/4/21

 Jason saw a recipe in the Washington Post for a bacon fried rice and requested it (he always claims he doesn't like bacon that much, but he is lying to himself). Nothing too unusual; I followed the recipe pretty closely but added broccoli to male it a one dish dinner. I was afraid the bacon would be soggy and gross, but it just got kind of mixed in and I didn't notice. Very flavorful.
