At Jason's request, I made sausage & egg sandwiches on English muffins. I don't know why I dislike this meal so much, but at least there were homefries to go with it. Honestly, I should just have had the homefries. Then I made another batch of rhubarb cobbler, but I wasn't super happy with the results. Maybe I usually macerate the rhubarb longer, or maybe it didn't bake long enough, but the rhubarb was still a little too crunchy and tart. Oh well, hard sauce covers a lot of defects.
