Jason kindly made us a few pizzas, and since he never reads this, I have some issues: the plain cheese stuck to the pan something fierce and was quite a mess; the onions on the goat cheese/onion were not cooked long enough to be considered caramelized (and tasted a little onion-y); I don't love the thick pepperoni that was on the eggplant, and the taco was delicious but the crust should be thicker to accommodate that heavy topping.
