Persian chicken and celery stew that I made on Sunday. From "The Bottom of the Pot" and as delicious as I remembered. Also a great way to use up a LOT of celery. We didn't have fresh mint, but I think the new dried mint that we bought added a lot of flavor (maybe our old jar was past its prime). We ate this with the leftover pita from Saturday and a cucumber-tomato salad. Carter had nothing to say but he ate everything.
