Another Thursday, another pizza. This time we tried a white pie with ricotta (Jason punched it up with lemon zest, garlic and crushed red pepper), provolone, mozzarella and a little parmesan. To add some flavor we topped it with cherry tomatoes and roasted red peppers. I really liked this one! It's a little heavy, but not overly so. I would maybe add a few more cherry tomatoes; sun-dried tomatoes would also be good.
