 Tofu rice bowls, with carrot, cucumber, avocado and two sauces (sweet-spicy gochujang and ginger-scallion vinaigrette. I just free-styled them this time). I used some of the gochujang to marinate the tofu and it turned out really well. A favorite dinner of Jason's.
