Dal makhani, from "Made in India". This is supposed to be luxurious and rich, but I only liked it well enough. For one thing, it was so very garlicky; I think the recipe called for 10 cloves and maybe ours were bigger (I didn't even use all 10) but it was a bit overpowering. It did use up some of our urad dal, so that was good. I was surprised to hear Carter say that he liked it, but he had been playing Ultimate all day and was starving. I didn't have the wherewithal to cook a vegetable, so I made Carter and I each eat a baby carrot.
