Dinner with Jen and John. John bought a propane attachment for his Ooni, so we gave pizzas another shot. Still a few bugs to be worked out but progress was made: par-cooking the dough helped, and JAson now agrees with me that heating up the sauce is a good idea. Also: thinner pies. I made a lemon Bundt from the NYT that people seemed to like, but I found it only pretty good. The crumb was nice and plush, but the glaze wasn't lemony enough and too sticky. Still better than no cake, though.
