Pizza night and it was a good one. Potato pizza with three cheeses (provolone, mozzarella, cheddar), red onions and pickled peppers. The lack of sauce means that it comes out very light and crispy. One of my favorites (and it's a good thing since Jason inexplicably bought us 10 pounds of potatoes).
