Spicy orange tofu with broccoli, adapted from Food52. Jason and I liked it, Carter was neutral. Trader Joe's was out of extra firm tofu, so it was a bit difficult to work with, and shallow frying the cornstarch-coated cubes was messy and smelly. But Jason and I both appreciated the crunchy/chewy texture.
Exciting news: I now own a madeleine pan! Stay tuned for madeleines.
