Another Genius recipe---ginger fried rice. I think "genius" may be overselling it, but it was pleasant enough. I am becoming more convinced that I need a rice cooker. My rice is never fluffy enough and is always a bit sticky. We also had grilled chicken (citrus-fish sauce marinade again) and zucchini. Carter declared the rice and chicken "tasty".
