Dinner with my parents. My mom made corn chowder with scallops. Incredibly delicious and a bit decadent. I made chocolate mousse on the fly; I used a less dark Trader Joe's chocolate that worked well and I thought I stopped whipping in time, but while my back was turned it seized up a bit! Not too much, though. Still soft enough but I guess this is a learning process.
