Spicy ginger pork with rice noodles, from the Times. Saute ground pork with ginger, scallions, garlic, soy and rice vinegar, toss in baby bok choy. then finish with a little sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and black vinegar. I followed the recipe exactly and was really pleased with the results. In fact, we all liked it, so this one I will make again.
