Chicken korma again, at Carter's request, plus some cauliflower with curry butter (NYT) and store bought naan. The chicken was as good as ever, if a bit undersalted. The cauliflower recipe has potential, but I was in a hurry and it was only fine. It needed a little more of everything. Also, it was boiled and I would roast it instead. Next time, since we have cauliflower apparently all the time.

Time did not improve the Bad Cake.

  1. The cauliflower, on the other hand, improved with sitting. Maybe it just needed a bit more care. And butter.
